AWANA
 

Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed is the AWANA theme and the teaching ministry based on the letter written by the apostle Paul to Timothy encouraging him stand on the Word of God.  God is changing the world through the ministry of AWANA by equipping leaders to reach kids with the gospel and engaging them in long-term discipleship. (2 Timothy 2:15)  Join us every Wednesday at 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm (August - April) for  bible teaching, games and a meal to children ages Pre-k in the "Puggles" group to seniors in the "Varsity" group.  Transportation available.

Prayer

 

Prayer is communication with our Heavenly Father.  We believe in prayer and the power of prayer!  We have seen God answer many!  Join us for men's prayer breakfast every Sunday at 7:00 am in the "old fellowship hall" and before each morning and evening service in the prayer room at 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.

Love Circle

 

The Love Circle just celebrated 30 years of ministry to the widows of our community.  On the 2nd Monday every month, we host a luncheon exclusively for the widows.  Lunch is served promplty at noon.  You are invited to join us early starting at 11:30 for coffee and fellowship.

Cinnamon Roll Outreach 


Once a month, on the 3rd Tuesday, our team makes, bakes, boxes and delivers cinnamon rolls to our community with an invitation to visit Ridgecrest Baptist Church.

Women's Bible Study
 

If you enjoy studying God's work, learning and growing in His wisdom, a new bible study just for women is in the works.  Stay tuned for more details as they become available.

Kingdom Builders for the Lord
 

We participate in Kingdom Builders for the Lord.  Established in 1998, Kingdom Builders for the Lord is a group of volunteers who build and repairs churches.  For the most up to date work schedule and how you can get involved, go to KBFTL.

Our youth, ages 7th thru 12th grade are an acive and intregal part of our church. They lead a quarterly youth worship service and produce puppet shows for children's church and vacation bible school.  They attend summer camp and serve where and when they are needed.  Our youth participate in organized and supervised monthly activities. "GLO" Ministry (Pre-k - 12 yrs)


“Loving God, Loving Others and Letting HIS Light Shine”

Children ages Pre-k thru 6th grade, participate in monthly activities including community service projects involving the elderly, home bound or nursing home patients along with other fun God-centered activities.  Our goal is to encourage our children, have fun and teach them to develop a heart for ministry to others.  We welcome all

Sunday School & Discipleship Training

 

Sunday school isn't just for kids.  We offer classes for every age.  A nursery is provided for infants to 2 years.  Pre-k classes start at 3 years. Both young and old and everyone in between is welcome to study the scripture and learn the important doctrine of the bible.  Sunday school starts at 9:30 am and Discipleship Training starts at 5:30 pm.
